Jose Bautista received both his BA and MA in Psychology from San Jose State University, where he was involved in sleep deprivation research (over the years he found himself his own best subject), and diversity issues. After graduating, he returned to teach research and statistics classes for the Psychology department and Computer Applications and Statistics courses for the Sociology department. He is currently teaching General Psychology and Experimental Psychophysiology at West Valley College. His current interests are in perception and awareness.
