How to Empty Your Cache

It is important to empty your cache when you are using a browser. If you do not do this periodically, files will back-up and slow down or interfere with the normal functioning of your browser.

To Empty the Cache for Internet Explorer do the following:

• Go to Edit.
• Scroll down to Preferences.
• On the right you will see a window labeled Cache.
• Click on Empty Now.
• Click on OK.

To Empty the Cache for Netscape do the following:

• Go to Edit.
• Scroll down to Preferences.
• On the left window scroll down to Advance.
• Click on Cache.
• Click on Clear Disk Cache Now.
• This will remove all the files currently in your disk cache.
• Cancel? OK?
• Click on OK.
• Click on OK again.
