setting
- Identifying Contraindicated
exercises
- Stretching and aerobics
- Developing individual
exercise programs
Instructional Methods:
- Demonstration, skill
practice & critique of skills
Grading:
Credit
- 70% full participation
- 10% completion of goals
- 20% final
Letter Grade
- All credit requirements
plus a written assignment.
- Example: Review a book
on fitness, critique the book in regards to what information you found to
be new, innovative and scientifically valid and how this will enhance your
individual fitness program. Report your findings.
