setting
- Strength development
- Proper breathing and
lifting techniques
- Evaluation and modification
of individual's program
Instructional Methods:
- Demonstration, skill
practice & critique of skills
Grading:
Credit
- 70% full participation
- 10% completion of goals
- 20% final
Letter Grade
- All credit requirements
plus a written assignment.
- Example: Contact and
visit four fitness spas in the area. Write an evaluation of the spas which
includes the accessibility for yourself.
