- Developing individual
exercises and swim programs
Instructional Methods:
- Demonstration, skill
practice & critique of skills
Grading:
Credit
- 70% full participation
- 10% completion of goals
- 20% final
Letter Grade
- All credit requirements
plus a written assignment.
- Example: Review four
water exercise books, using exercises from your sources, develop your own
30 minute water program.
