if you are taking the course for a letter grade, you will also be required to submit a one paged typed written assignment reviewing a commercially produced stretching or Yoga book or video in regards to contraindicated exercises.
You are required to phone or email the instructor three times during the semester reporting your progress and / or discuss any problems you may encounter.
