Al pioneered and consulted on Structured System Analysis techniques, Information Modeling, Structured Program Design, and Data Base Design during the implementation of the following business applications: Manufacturing systems in America and Europe; California Municipal Court systems; Maintenance Management; Sales Order; California Hospital systems; Financial systems; Credit Card systems, Medical Claims processing, Automatic Warehouse system, and Document Management system. Planned systems projects, recruited team members and directed project assignments. Part time faculty at ten California colleges. Instructor for all systems classes in MBA program, and upper division MIS undergraduate. Published articles on system subjects in USA, Russia, Canada, and Holland; and editor of IRM research project abstract report with a circulation of 350. Dean of instruction for information technology trade school for Fiber Optic skills; Broadband technologies; and Internet skills. Curriculum Advisor to several California Colleges, past member ASM international IRM model curriculum committee, and Education Advisory Board. Initiated and implemented student/business internship assignments with a 70% placement rate. Guest speaker at professional associations: ASM, DPMA, ARMA, HFMA, JPSC, EDPAA, BASIC and GMIS.
